The Preferred Title Group, Inc. has been the receipient of the Fannie Mae Signature Award signifying excellence in providing title and settlement services to Fannnie Mae through their National Property Disposition Center.  For more information or to search the Fannie Mae database for available properties please see www.fanniemae.com

As a small company in a large market we offer you the experience you need along with the professionalism and attention to detail that you deserve. Each settlement is conducted by an owner/principal of the company.  You will NEVER get voice mail and your calls will be returned promptly. You can call at any time and reach one of the principals to have your questions or concerns answered in a professional and friendly manner.

Our company does not operate like a title "mill". At the most you will talk to 2 people during the processing of your settlement file; the processor and the settlement agent, both of whom are very familer with your file.  We do not do use signing agents or notaries, and checks are issued at the closing table. In short you get the PREFERRED treatment you deserve.
